Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Standard delivery is sent second class and should arrive 2-3 working days from when the shipping confirmation is received. During busy times, standard delivery can take a little longer.

Our postage charge for the UK is a flat rate of £3.35 for standard 2nd Class per order.    

Our order dispatch times vary due to the bespoke nature of many of our items.

DELAYS AND LOST IN TRANSIT ITEMS

You will receive notification via email when your order has been dispatched.

Once an order has left our hands, we cannot control the delivery timescale of our postal partners Royal Mail.  If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame having left our care, we will investigate and send out a replacement or issue a refund where deemed applicable.  

Please note that Royal Mail doesn’t view an item as lost until 10 working days from dispatch has passed.  

We cannot be held responsible for items sent to the wrong address.  

We always send our orders out to the address stated on the order invoice or paypal account used unless contacted by the customer to suggest otherwise.  If these are different, we will contact you to confirm the correct details.

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail.

Next day delivery from £7.50 dependant on weight.

European shipping rates are based on weight and available at check-out starting from £5.90 for the lightest orders. Please be aware that for heavy items the shipping charges can be high depending on country.

Additional countries:  United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Israel and USA. Shipping costs are based on weight.


We can provide a tracked/tracked & signed-for service worldwide.

Please note: Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to additional charges. J4FPLAY-Learn does not accept liability for any additional costs other than the shipping cost offered at time of purchase.  

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return or Exchange

We hope that you are happy with all the items purchased from J4FPlay-Learn, however should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with the following information: Your name, the Order Number, Date of your Order, details of the Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. 

All items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.

All our personalised items are created to suit particular wants and specifications, so we do not accept returns on these items.  

If an item is deemed as faulty, damaged, or an error in personalisation has been made by us, we will accept a return within 14 days of receipt and we shall refund the cost of return postage.  

Photographic evidence of the above will be requested.  

Non-personalised or bespoke items can be returned within 14 days, in this case the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.  

You will receive an email to confirm that we have received the returned item(s) and we will be either providing an replacement item or a refund as discussed.  

We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit on their return to us.
